Duties : Whilst in the force carried out various duties including criminal investigation, prosecution, and intelligence works.

Duties : Exposed to various types of legal work and currently specializing in corporate loans and commercial documentations beside being equally competent and qualified in the field of general corporate, conveyancing, criminal and civil litigation.

CHAIRMAN
Currently he is advisor to Egypt Airlines in Malaysia, Koperasi Pegawai – pegawai Kerajaan (MOCCIS) and Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia.
He is also presently an advisor to Petronas Dealers Association Malaysia (PESAMP) which comprise of more than 3,000 members all over the country. He was responsible in assisting and advising PESAMP on the amendments and reconstruction of their constitution of the association in 2016 and currently assisting them in organizing the formation and establishment of koperasi for PESAMP.
He was made Chairman of TH Travel between 1993-1997. It was during this time he first mooted, introduced and initiated muslim travel packages to cater to muslim passengers traveling overseas to China, Spain, Morocco, Australia, and New Zealand, among others, and later such packages and concept was followed and emulated by other agents companies in Malaysia.

Professional Experience : Contentious matters
Certified Advocate/Barrister in Malaysia Courts. He was the head of Civil and Criminal litigation department in the firm. He has handled numerous civil suits such as breach of contract, torts, fraud, defamation, land disputes, employment cases, will and probate. In addition, he defended clients from criminal cases inter alia drug trafficking, rape, theft, criminal breach of trust, corruption, immigration, traffic offences as well as anti-corruption cases under MACC Act. He was directly involved in every case from meeting with the clients and receiving the briefs, preparation of the case, getting up and researches, drafting courts’ cause papers, attending mentions and trials.
: Non-contentious matter
Certified solicitor in Malaysia. He has vast experience in advising, negotiating, reviewing and drafting variety of commercial contracts and conveyancing matters, he has drafted amongst other sale and purchase agreements, building contracts, joint-venture agreements, loan agreements, franchise agreements and sale of shares agreements.

He represents domestic and international clients from United Kingdom, Korea, China, Indonesia and Singapore. The client range from international companies, government-linked companies, government bodies which amongst other are Weststar Aviation Services Sdn Bhd, Tabung Haji, Protasco Berhad, Puncak Niaga, SPNB, MAIWP and local banks and financial institutions.

As a partner in the firm, he was responsible in handling human resource matters such as enrolment of legal associates or non-executive staffs, monitoring the performance of every staff and supervising young associate in executing their tasks. In addition, he supervised the firm’s finances from its monthly expenditures to the collection of fees to ensure the firm’s turnover will always be at a profit. To achieve the target, he was active and proactive to carry out his own marketing strategy to secure new clients for the firm.
